Promotion Policy

In order to be declared as ‘Passed’ a candidate shall obtain not less than 33% marks in each of the five subjects separately and in aggregate.
Student has to secure 33% marks out of overall 20 marks earmarked in each subject in internal assessment too.
If a student gets less than 33% in one subject, his/her promotion in the said subject will be as per the guidelines issued by DOE. Student may be subjected to re-examination after payment of re-examination fee subject to decision of the Principal.
A student having less than 75% attendance in an academic session shall not be permitted to appear in the Final Examination.
Any other promotion rule applicable as per the policy of Directorate of Education.
It is mandatory to appear in all Examinations.
Fee payment should be made in full in order to be eligible to sit in examinations.
There will be no retest for any Periodic assessment and Term Examination.
